Dhruv Sharma

Dhruv Sharma has over 14 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Dhruv recently joined WeWork as the Head of Payments in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at American Express as a Senior Product Manager, focusing on Emerging Payment Solutions from November 2019 to December 2022. Dhruv also pursued an MBA at NYU Stern School of Business from May 2018 to June 2019. Dhruv was a member of the inaugural class of the Andre Koo Tech & Entrepreneurship MBA program and received a merit-based scholarship. Before their MBA, Dhruv worked at eFront (Acquired by BlackRock) as a Project Manager from January 2017 to April 2018, and as a Business Consultant from September 2015 to December 2016. Prior to that, they had several client-facing roles at Wipro, including Senior Product Manager at Citibank, NYC from November 2011 to September 2015, Product Owner at Citibank, London from September 2010 to October 2011, and Sr. Project Engineer at Aircel, Gurgaon from March 2008 to August 2010.

Dhruv Sharma pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Product Management and Business Analytics at NYU Stern School of Business from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University from 2003 to 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Dhruv has obtained various certifications. Dhruv completed the "Great Leadership Series: Organizational Politics and Power Dynamics" from NYU Stern Executive Education in June 2023. In January 2016, they completed the "Introduction to Financial Accounting" course offered by the University of Pennsylvania on Coursera. Furthermore, in June 2015, they completed the "Introduction to Marketing" course also offered by the University of Pennsylvania on Coursera.

Dhruv Sharma has also earned professional certifications, including the "Google Cloud Certified - G Suite" from Google in May 2019, and the "Amazon Advertising Sponsored Ads Accreditation - United States" from Amazon in August 2019.
