Nathan Santos

Nathan Santos serves as a Leasing Manager at WeWork since June 2019, where responsibilities include managing the complete sales cycle for new business and nurturing existing accounts across the San Francisco and Mill Valley markets. Nathan has successfully transacted over 150 deals, generating $4.5M in guaranteed revenue, while also leading the Building Exit Retention Program to retain 88% of accounts and contributing $800K+ of committed revenue. Previously, Nathan held various roles at WeWork, including Leasing Associate and Community Lead, where efforts resulted in significant revenue growth and the establishment of strong partnerships with clients. Nathan's career in real estate began with a role as Community Assistant at the University of San Francisco, following a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution.
