Rachel Cameron

Rachel Cameron is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and leadership development. Currently serving as VP and Chief Learning Officer at WeWork since February 2018, Rachel has held multiple senior roles within the organization, including Global Head of Learning and Senior Director of Global Learning & Leadership Development. Prior to joining WeWork, Rachel worked at Mind Gym from April 2013 to February 2018, where roles included Solutions Director and Solutions Manager, focusing on enhancing organizational performance through psychology. Additional experience includes consultancy at Harrods and leadership development at the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Bristol and a Master's in Human Resources Management (CIPD) from Middlesex University.
