Colleen McDonald Pappas, MBA, is an accomplished leader in benefits administration with extensive experience across various organizations. As the Vice President and Benefits Administration Practice Leader at WEX since June 2025, Colleen has previously held senior roles at Alight Solutions, where responsibilities included leading the Mid-Market strategy, transforming the acquired Choice Health organization, and developing channel strategies. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Businessolver, a Sales Manager at ADP, and management positions in sales and digital media with ReachLocal and The Southern Illinoisan.
