Eric Tracy has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Eric started their career as an Associate at Ropes & Gray in 1997. In 2000, they joined McKinsey & Co. as an Engagement Manager. In 2002, they moved to Unum and held several VP positions, including VP, Operational Effectiveness and Customer Experience, and VP, Unum US Operations - Business Technology. Eric became the VP, Customer Experience Center at Unum in 2014 and was responsible for strategy development and operations across multiple locations. In 2018, Eric joined WEX as the VP, Corporate Strategy, and later became the SVP, Service Operations. Currently, they serve as the SVP, Global Risk Operations at WEX.
Eric Tracy has a J.D. degree from Harvard Law School and a BA in Economics and International Studies from Colby College. Eric has also completed various executive education programs, including Operations Strategy at the MIT Sloan Executive Education and the Management Development Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
