Dr. Glen Babich

Dr. Glen Babich, MD, MBA, MCFP, CCHP has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Dr. Glen currently serves as the Regional Medical Director at Wexford Health Sources since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Corizon Health, where they held various roles including Medical Director, Regional Medical Director, Associate Regional Medical Director, and Associate Administrative Regional Medical Director from 2002 to 2019. Before joining Corizon Health, Dr. Babich served in the Canadian Armed Forces as a Captain - GMO - Medical Officer from 1992 to 2006. Dr. Glen also worked as a Park Ranger for the Government of Alberta in 1982 and as an Inspector for the same organization in 1981. In addition, Dr. Babich served as a Special Constable for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in 1980.

Dr. Glen Babich, MD, MBA, MCFP, CCHP completed their Bachelor of Medical Sciences (B.Med.Sc) in Laboratory at the University of Alberta in 1982. From 1980 to 1985, they attended the Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry at the University of Alberta, obtaining their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. In 2010, Dr. Babich pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Management from Northcentral University, which they completed in 2013. In 2014, they also studied at the University of Alberta and Northcentral University, although the specific degree or field of study is not provided.
