Joseph Luers

Joseph Luers has extensive work experience in engineering and operations. Joseph is currently the Director of Engineering and Operations at Wexford Science & Technology, LLC, a position they have held since February 2017. Before that, they worked at Cushman & Wakefield as an Associate Vice President from April 2016 to March 2017, and as a Senior Chief Operating Engineer from September 2015 to April 2016. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, they worked at DTZ (formerly Cassidy Turley) as a Senior Chief Operating Engineer from March 2012 to September 2015. Joseph also has experience as a Chief Engineer at Jones Lang LaSalle from April 2010 to March 2012, and at Stout and Teague from December 1993 to April 2010.

Joseph Luers completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Architectural Technology from Anne Arundel Community College from 1977 to 1979. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Real Property Administrator from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Orange County in August 2011, Green Globes Professional from the Green Building Initiative in August 2010, and LEED-AP BD&C from the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) in June 2009. In 1985, they also achieved the Class 3 Steam Boiler Engineer certification from the Government of the District of Columbia.
