Sara De Freitas

Sara De Freitas is the current Executive Director at Wey Education. Prior to this, they were with University of South Wales. Sara has been with Wey Education Plc since January 2020 and in their role as Executive Director of Education, they are responsible for leading the development and implementation of an education strategy and model (LEAR model) aimed at supporting the ongoing success and development of our students.

Wey Education PLC is an AIM-listed public company that includes UK-based InterHigh School. InterHigh School provides live classes to students in the UK and internationally studying on iGCSE, A/AS Level and City and Guilds Assured courses. In 2020, InterHigh School was voted Educational Establishment of the Year (Besa).

As part of Wey Education, Sara also oversees the Teaching Online course which is accredited by OfQual/ATHE. The Teaching Online course is the first of its kind in the UK and will take its first external cohort in January 2021.
