Cassandra Brewster

Cassandra Brewster is an experienced professional in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as the Capital Project Procurement Manager at Weyerhaeuser since August 2007. In this role, Cassandra executes the WP Procurement strategy aligned with Capital Project plans and focuses on operational excellence and reliability improvements, while staying informed on industry developments affecting capital project execution. Previous positions at Weyerhaeuser include Procurement Lead for Wood Products Canada and National Contracts & Capital Lead, where responsibilities encompassed managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and streamlining procurement processes. Prior to Weyerhaeuser, Cassandra worked as a Field Buyer at Talisman Energy, engaging in strategic sourcing and contract management. Cassandra holds the SCMP designation in Supply Chain Management from AIPMAC and has a background in education from Waikato University.
