Genny Kiley

Genny Kiley is a skilled legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Weyerhaeuser since October 2023, where Genny collaborates with Timberlands and Corporate Development on real estate and climate-related transactions. Prior to this role, Genny was Associate General Counsel at Eos Energy Enterprises, Inc., supporting various organizational functions, and a Shareholder at Emerge Law Group, a firm co-founded to provide comprehensive business legal services across multiple states. Genny's earlier experience includes serving as Corporate Transactional Attorney at Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt, representing clients in corporate matters, as well as teaching as an Adjunct Professor at University of Oregon School of Law in a Mergers and Acquisitions Lab. Genny holds a JD from Santa Clara University School of Law and a BA in Journalism from the University of Oregon.
