Richard Noah

Richard joined the Board in February 2015. Richard was a freelance

post-16 education adviser and consultant after working at senior

executive level within the Learning & Skills Council for five years. With

over 40 years’ experience in the Learning and Skills sector, working in

senior management roles in further education colleges, for the Further Education Funding Council and The Learning and Skills Council.
