Harriet Cousins-Palmer

Harriet Cousins-Palmer has worked in various roles in the education sector since 2012. Harriet began their career as a Team Leader at Samantha's Childcare and Kindergarten in 2012, where they were responsible for leading a Pre-Kindergarten program for Three-year-old Children. Harriet then moved to OSHClub in 2015, where they were a Coordinator, coordinating a 50 place OSHClub program in a Primary School setting. In 2017, they joined Carey Baptist Grammar School as a Lead Educator, leading the Early Learning Centre and working with families to support their and their child's needs. Most recently, they were appointed Head Of Education at Weyo in 2022.

Harriet Cousins-Palmer has a diverse educational background. Harriet completed a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Gowrie Training in 2011-2012. Harriet then went on to obtain a Diploma in children’s services from Nautilus Training in 2012-2013. In 2015-2018, they earned a Bachelor of Teaching in Early Childhood Education from Swinburne University of Technology. In 2020, they earned a Certificate IV Reformer and Matwork Pilates from Breathe Education and Training. Most recently, they earned a Graduate Certificate of Child Play Therapy from Deakin University in 2021.
