Their responsibilities included market and customer segment assessment, managing the full customer engagement cycle, and leading solution/product/service development. Before that, they held the position of Operational Excellence Lead at ZEO Alliance from October 2015 to October 2016, where they managed a team of project managers and Six Sigma business analysts.
Earlier in their career, Nataliia worked at Kromtech as the Director of Quality Assurance from November 2014 to October 2015. In this role, they managed a team of QA&CX experts and business analysts, designed a quality assurance and control system for the call center, and worked on customer experience improvement initiatives. Nataliia also served as a Quality Assurance Manager at Kromtech from September 2013 to November 2014, where they conducted evaluations, developed quality improvement plans, and conducted market research and competitor analysis.
