Heather Lee

Heather Lee has a diverse and extensive work experience in the creative industry. Heather is currently working at WFCU Credit Union as a Senior Creative Director, a role they started in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Creative Services Specialist at WFCU Credit Union from 2021 to 2022.

Before joining WFCU Credit Union, Heather owned their own freelance business called LeeDesigns since 1999. As the owner, they provided freelance services to clients in need of creative solutions.

From 2017 to 2021, Heather worked at Kindred Credit Union, first as a Creative Director and later as a Senior Graphic Designer from 2010 to 2017. This experience allowed their to develop and enhance their creative and leadership skills.

Earlier in their career, Heather worked at Barefoot Creative as a Graphic Designer from 2001 to 2007 and at Milestone Integrated as a Graphic Designer from 1999 to 2001.

Heather Lee attended the University of Waterloo from 1994 to 1997, where they obtained a BA degree in Fine Art. Heather then went on to study at the International Academy of Design from 1997 to 1999, specializing in Advertising Design. In 2019, they enrolled in a UX Bootcamp at Communitech Academy for a short period of time.
