Michelle D Smith

Michelle D Smith has extensive experience in the title insurance industry and has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Michelle D began their career at Fidelity National Financial in 1993, where they gained 12+ years of administrative experience and managed office and inventory warehouse operations. Michelle D then joined United General Title Insurance Company as the VP of Office Operations Manager, overseeing the daily operations and facilities of a 40-person office. After that, they joined First American Title, where they held multiple roles, including VP of Agency Solution Architect, VP of Business Solution Architect & Forms & Inventory Manager, and Senior Project Manager and Relationship Manager. In these roles, they managed teams, handled inventory resources, and oversaw key projects and onboarding of title agent customers. Michelle D later joined WEST, a Williston Financial Group company, as a Business Analyst and Product Owner, where they worked independently with colleagues to define critical business goals and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Currently, they are serving as the SVP and Agency Ops Manager at WFG National Title Insurance Company.

Michelle D Smith attended Santa Ana College from 1988 to 1991, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities.
