Hannah Northup

Hannah Northup's work experience begins in 2004, where they worked as a CRC Team Leader and Architecture Department Administrative Assistant at Ball State University until 2006. Hannah then joined Target as a Guest Services Executive Team Leader, later transitioning to the role of Human Resources Executive Team Leader. At Target, they managed teams of over 150 and 200 members, respectively, and improved HR processes and facilities. In 2012, they became an HR Generalist at the State of Indiana - Department of Child Services, providing consultation and facilitating the development of HR programs. From 2013 to 2016, Hannah worked at Ascension, where they were a strategic HR Business Partner during a period of rapid growth. Hannah led leadership development initiatives and implemented a feedback-driven culture. Hannah then joined Allison Transmission as a Human Resources Leader, aligning business objectives with employees and management during organizational changes. Since 2017, Hannah has been the President of NorthupHR, Inc., providing outsourced HR consulting services and specializing in engaging leadership for increased profitability. In 2022, they became the Director of Human Resources at WFYI Public Media.

Hannah Northup attended Ball State University from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Fashion Merchandising. In February 2016, they obtained a certification in GE Change Acceleration Process (CAP), though the institution that granted the certification is unspecified.
