Kristin Kay

Kristin Kay has a diverse work experience in the television industry. Kristin is currently serving as the News Director for WGAL 8 TV since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked for Hearst Television as the Assistant News Director for WLWT-TV from March 2019 to March 2023. Before that, they were the Executive Producer for Morning News at KARE 11 from October 2017 to March 2019. Kristin also worked as a TV News Producer for King 5 Television from October 2014 to September 2017, and as a News Producer for KGTV Channel 10 from October 2012 to August 2014. Their earliest work experience was as a News Producer for KERO-TV from July 2011 to October 2012.

Kristin Kay obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism from California State University, Northridge, between the years 2007 and 2011. In addition, they have obtained certifications such as the Hearst INCLUDE Certified Change Agent from Hearst in January 2022 and the Hearst Leadership Development Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning in August 2020.
