Damon West

Damon West currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at GBH since June 2021. Previously, Damon held the same title at Merchant Link from November 2017 to September 2019. Prior to that role, Damon had a long tenure at IBM from January 1998 to March 2019, focusing on education and training. Damon earned a Bachelor's degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
