Bethany McLauchlan

Bethany Mclauchlan is an experienced Project Engineer currently working at WGM Engineering Ltd since September 2022, having previously held the position of Junior Project Engineer. Prior to this, Bethany served as a Graduate Apprentice Civil Engineer at NRS Group Ltd from January 2022 to September 2022. Bethany's early career includes a significant role in the Royal Navy as a Nuclear Submariner from February 2018 to February 2022, responsible for operating specialist equipment related to radar, electromagnetic theory, and sonar navigation. Additionally, Bethany gained management experience as an Assistant Department Manager at Debenhams from October 2016 to January 2018, where a focus on team training and employee value was emphasized. Educationally, Bethany is a graduate of the Royal Navy Submarine School and obtained a Higher National Diploma in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Glasgow Clyde College. Hillpark Secondary School was attended from February 2011 to August 2017.
