George Pappas

George Pappas has extensive experience in broadcasting, beginning a career in 1983 as a producer at WIND Radio. Over the years, George Pappas held various roles, including engineer, newscaster, and announcer at WCEV Radio. George Pappas transitioned into producing at WMAQ Radio before becoming a traffic coordinator and producer at Tribune Radio Networks. A position as a traffic assistant at WGN Radio AM 720 preceded a long tenure at WGN-TV, starting in 1992, where George Pappas advanced through multiple roles to reach the position of Programming Specialist, continuing to contribute significantly to programming operations.
