Mr. Jiao was appointed as Director in April 2006 and as the Deputy Chairman of the Board in November 2010 and has resigned as the deputy chairman with effect from August 14, 2018. He was designated as a Non-Executive Director in December 2013. He participates in formulating the Company's corporate and business strategies. Mr. Jiao has also been a Director of Shuanghui Development since August 2012.
