Oscar Badoino has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2012, they worked as a project manager at DraculAPP, where they focused on creating and managing innovative technological and social projects. In 2014, they became a member of Digital Champion, where they worked on multiple projects related to digitalization in the Verbania region.

In 2016, they joined StartupItalia! as a collaborator and continued in that role until 2021. During this time, they also worked as a collaborator at Formez PA from 2017 to 2021. At Formez PA, they contributed to various projects.

In 2017, they became a Digital Project Manager at Whead, where they were responsible for managing digital projects. Additionally, they worked as an Advisor ICT at Young Platform from 2018, which is a leading cryptocurrency platform in Italy.

In 2021, they took on the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Silicon Lake, a startup they co-founded. oscar held this role until 2022 when they joined Befancyfit as a Senior CTO Advisor. At Befancyfit, they collaborate with the founder to develop and promote a wellness and health ecosystem for the users.

In 2020, they organized TEDxVerbania, showcasing their organizational skills. Overall, Oscar Badoino has gained extensive experience in project management, digitalization, startup collaboration, and strategic planning.
