Lauri Luhasalu

Lauri Luhasalu has a solid work history in the technical and IT sectors, with experience in various leadership roles. Lauri started their career at Elion Enterprises Ltd as a Project Manager and gradually moved up to become the Head of IT Maintenance Department. Lauri then worked at Telia Eesti as the Head of Department before joining SMIT at the Estonian Ministry of the Interior as the Head of Department. Later, they transitioned to Gunvor Services where they served as the Regional Head of IT and a Member of the Management Board. Currently, Lauri is the Global Director of Technical Ops at Whalar.

Lauri Luhasalu completed a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology in 2010. Later, from 2010 to 2021, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business Administration from Estonian Business School. Additionally, they obtained various certifications related to senior leadership, AI, business strategy, and teamwork in 2020 from LinkedIn and the University of Helsinki.
