Philippa Baker-Hogan

Philippa Baker-Hogan was elected on the Whanganui District Health Board in 2004 and has also been a councilor for the Whanganui District Council since 2006.

She has over 20 years of experience in the health system. She's a qualified medical radiation technologist and is currently managing a primary health practice.
