Satchi Panda

Satchi Panda, PhD, MBA, serves as a Fellow in Cardiology Products at Mindray Innovation Center since 2021 and is a member and investor with Wharton Alumni Angels of Silicon Valley, focusing on Medtech and technology sectors. Previous experience includes a decade at Siemens Healthcare, where Panda held the role of Director of Product Management and contributed to the global transducers and catheters business, successfully delivering over 20 products in various medical imaging applications. Earlier positions also include Advanced Technology Manager at Siemens, Product Owner for the Automated Breast Volume Scanner, and Manager of Systems Engineering at Sensant Corporation prior to its acquisition by Siemens. Panda’s career began at GE Healthcare, significantly contributing to the company's flagship ultrasound product that propelled it to a leading market position. Academic credentials include an MBA from The Wharton School, a PhD in Ocean Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, and engineering degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and UCE, Burla, India.
