The Event Management Team at Wharton Center for Performing Arts is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all logistical aspects of events and performances hosted at the venue. This includes coordinating bookings, managing front-of-house staff and ushers, ensuring the smooth operation of backstage activities, and providing exemplary guest services to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for both performers and audiences. The team plays a critical role in maintaining the Center’s high standards for event execution and audience engagement.
