Anna Bay is an emerging professional with extensive experience in investment banking and technology. Currently serving as an Incoming Investment Banking Analyst on the M&A Team at J.P. Morgan, Anna has also held roles as a TMT Investment Analyst with the Wharton Investment and Trading Group, where responsibilities included building DCF models and presenting industrial overviews. As a member of Hack4Impact, Anna plays a pivotal role in developing a web application for a nonprofit and oversees project management tasks such as delegating responsibilities and conducting code reviews. Previous positions include a Summer Analyst at P. Schoenfeld Asset Management, Co-Founder and VP Marketing at DiversaTech, and internships in business development and software development. Anna is pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering in Computer Science at the University of Pennsylvania and holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Computer Science from The Wharton School.

As the largest finance/education-oriented organization at Penn, our investment and development teams both teach the principles of value investing, trading, business analysis, and quantitative finance, between development sessions and active pitches/work under the supervision of team portfolio managers (PMs).
