Arjun Nargolwala is a multifaceted professional with a strong background in technology and finance. Currently serving as the Founder of Optimal and a Software Engineer at RetailMint, Arjun also holds a position in Technology Ventures at HP and works as a TMT Investment Analyst for the Wharton Investment and Trading Group. Previous experience includes co-founding SIDEREAL LLC, conducting deep learning research at the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, and holding leadership roles such as Global President at KidsCapital and Software Engineer at Sensata Technologies. Arjun's education encompasses degrees from the Wharton School and Penn Engineering, specializing in fields including finance, computer science, and artificial intelligence.

As the largest finance/education-oriented organization at Penn, our investment and development teams both teach the principles of value investing, trading, business analysis, and quantitative finance, between development sessions and active pitches/work under the supervision of team portfolio managers (PMs).
