Larry Whiteley

Larry Whiteley is a seasoned Senior Estimator at Wharton Smith, a position held since April 1992, with a specialization in Site-work and Concrete across all CSI Divisions. Prior to this role, Larry served as Vice-President at W & L Construction Co., Inc. from August 1978 to March 1992, overseeing various general construction projects. Larry holds a Master's degree in Construction, Estimating, and Economics from HKU, completed in 2012.
