Rachel Bouffard

Rachel Bouffard is an experienced project executive with a robust background in project management across various organizations. Currently serving as Project Executive at Wharton-Smith, Inc. since November 2022, Rachel previously held the role of Senior Project Manager at the same company from October 2003 to November 2018. Prior to this, Rachel worked as Project Manager for Seminole County Public Schools from May 2021 to December 2022 and served as Project Executive at Gilbane Building Company from November 2018 to May 2021. In the early stages of the career, Rachel gained experience as an Engineering Intern at CPH, Inc. between March 2001 and October 2003. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida.
