Wharton Women is an undergraduate student organization at the University of Pennsylvania. We facilitate the personal and career development of females in business by building a network of exceptional undergraduates, professionals and faculty. Wharton Women aims to provide direction, insight, and camaraderie to women from all four of Penn's undergraduate schools who are interested in business or intend to enter the business world upon graduation.

The Finance and Relations Team at Wharton Women manages the organization's financial activities, corporate partnerships, and membership development initiatives. They are responsible for budgeting, fundraising, and maintaining strong relationships with alumni, corporate sponsors, and the wider university community. This team also focuses on promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization.

The Leadership Team at Wharton Women oversees the strategic direction and operational execution of the organization. Comprising various vice presidents and presidents, they coordinate corporate relations, membership development, diversity and inclusion efforts, finance, university relations, alumnae engagement, marketing, community philanthropy, and day-to-day operations. Their collaborative efforts ensure the effective facilitation of personal and career development programs for female undergraduates interested in business.

This includes managing social media platforms, creating marketing campaigns, designing promotional materials, and maintaining the brand image to enhance the organization's visibility and engagement within the business community.

Team members, including fellows and consultants, provide insights on career planning, resume building, and interview preparation, while facilitating pro bono consulting projects to help students gain practical experience.
