Alison Chevalier has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Alison is currently working as an Associate Director at ?What If! Innovation, where they specialize in leading systemic and transformational individual and cultural change for leaders and organizations. Their role involves leadership alignment and development, implementing new purpose, values, mindsets, and behaviors for transformation, and building innovation capability.

Prior to their current role, Alison worked at AstraZeneca as the Director of Emerging Talent Strategy, where they created and drove global strategies for engaging and developing emerging talent across the organization. Alison was responsible for the holistic strategy, covering EVP, outreach, selection methodology, induction, developmental programs, and identifying high potentials for future leadership roles.

Alison also worked as a Managing Consultant and Executive Coach at YSC Consulting, a leading independent leadership consultancy. In this role, they worked with top FTSE 100 companies, assessing, developing, and consulting on leadership, talent, and people agenda. Their work involved individual leader assessments, developing high-performing teams, executive coaching, designing leadership frameworks, and facilitating leadership development programs.

Alison served as the Global Lead for Learning and Knowledge at Accenture, where they were responsible for delivering innovative solutions and setting the learning strategy for the global Accenture Legal organization. Alison designed and implemented leadership programs, coaching and mentoring programs, and a new knowledge platform for the entire Legal organization.

In addition, they have experience as a Gallup Certified Strengths Consultant, a Careers Coach specializing in coaching legal and other professionals, a Learning and Development Manager at the BBC Legal Division, a European Legal Counsel and Compliance Trainer at Epson Europe B.V., and a Solicitor at St Albans City & District Council.

Alison began their career as a Lecturer at The University of Law. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in leadership development, talent management, coaching, learning and development, and cultural transformation.

Alison Chevalier has a diverse education history. Alison completed a Bachelor's Degree in Law and Italian at Lancaster University, as well as a Master's Degree in BPS Psychology Conversion at the University of Derby. Alison also holds an MSc in Psychological Approaches to Health and Management Studies from the University of Bedfordshire. Alison pursued further education in law, completing the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Trent University. Alison obtained a 2:1 BA Hons in Law and Italian from Lancaster University and a Bachelor's Degree in Giurisprudenza from Università di Trento. Recently, Alison completed a Senior Executive Programme in Leadership and Strategy at Hult Ashridge. In addition to their formal education, Alison has obtained several certifications in various fields, including coaching, change management, and strengths consulting.
