Gabriella Palumbo

Gabriella Palumbo is an experienced professional in operations and project management, currently serving as the Manager of BPO Operations at What If Media Group since August 2021. Gabriella has held various roles within the company, including Coordinator Manager and Project Manager, beginning as a Junior Project Manager/Office Manager and Administrative Assistant. Prior to this, Gabriella worked as an Administrative Assistant at Midas Property Management Corp and interned at Active International as a Marketing/Media Intern. Additionally, Gabriella gained experience as a Social Media Manager at TITLE Boxing Club and began her career as a Sales Associate at Anna’s Bakery. Gabriella holds a degree from Manhattan University, where studies were completed from 2016 to 2020, and graduated from Clarkstown South Senior High School in 2016.
