Joe Shannon

Joe Shannon has extensive experience in technology leadership roles. Joe started their career as Director of Information Technology at Capstar Broadcasting in 1996 before moving on to become the VP/CTO at Clear Channel in 2000. In 2012, they joined HVHC, Viva International Group, and Davis Vision as VP of Technology. Joe then became the CIO at Whataburger in 2014. Joe has a proven track record in successfully leading technology initiatives in various industries.

Joe Shannon earned a B.B.A. degree from Texas Tech University in 1989.
