Masha Ibeschitz

Masha Ibeschitz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, coaching, and education. As the Founder and CEO of Think Beyond Group since April 2003, Masha has also served on the Board of Advisors for WhatAVenture and as a certified facilitator for Kirkpatrick Partners, LLC, focusing on the DACH region. With a long-standing role as a lecturer at the University of Education Burgenland, Masha develops and delivers programs on School Development Consulting and Leadership Development. Additionally, Masha operates as a Business & Executive Coach and has been the Chief Transfer Enabler at the Institute for Transfer Effectiveness. Masha's educational background includes a degree in Business and Administration from the University of Vienna and various certifications in coaching and consulting.
