Philippe Thiltges

Philippe Thiltges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation and venture development. As a Venture Partner and Co-Founder at WhatAVenture since June 2014, Philippe has focused on launching corporate ventures and building strong teams to facilitate innovation. Philippe also serves as Managing Partner at WhatAVenture Beteiligungs GmbH, specializing in hands-on early-stage investments. Previous roles include Innovation Consultant at Redballoon-Consulting, where Philippe contributed to new business and product development, as well as Key Account Management positions at Hays and NarComm, where responsibilities included client expansion, contract negotiations, and strategic planning. Philippe holds a Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and has studied at Universitat Autónoma Barcelona.
