Becky McGrady

Becky McGrady has a strong background in project and program management. Becky started their career at Sterling Insurance, where they held various roles including Project Coordinator, Trainer, Supervisor of Divisional Training, and Project Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing projects, developing and delivering training programs, and coordinating with different departments and levels of management. Becky also played a key role in process improvement initiatives. In 2014, Becky joined Whatcom Educational Credit Union as a Program and Project Manager, where they established the project management process for the entire credit union and managed various projects during a time of change.

Becky McGrady completed their high school education at Ferndale High School from 1984 to 1988 and obtained their High School Diploma. Becky then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Western Washington University, graduating in 1993.
