Pawel Pikula

Pawel Pikula is a backend engineer at Whatnot. Prior to Whatnot, they were the cloud team lead at Syng from August 2020 to September 2021. Pawel was responsible for leading a cloud engineering team that built the backend for Cell Alpha. Pawel has also worked as a cloud architect and software engineer at Pattern Match from July 2018 to September 2021. Pawel is a principal consultant at Appliscale from June 2016 to July 2018.

Pawel Pikula holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science from AGH University of Science and Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from the same school. Additionally, they have certification from Erlang Solutions Ltd. in Erlang Foundation Certificate and Amazon Web Services in both AWS Certified Developer - Associate and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Level.
