Soo Jin Yoon

Soo Jin Yoon is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Whatnot since November 2022, Soo Jin previously held the position of Data Scientist II at Uber from November 2017 to November 2022, focusing on marketplace dynamics and operations within Uber Freight and Uber Eats. Prior to Uber, Soo Jin worked at Samsung Electronics in Sales Operations & Strategy from August 2012 to November 2017. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and a part-time Master of Science in Information Management from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, along with foundational education from Daewon Foreign Language High School.
