Ian Maynard serves as the Managing Partner at What's Possible Group since January 2022. Previously, Ian held the position of Director of Marketing, Strategy and Planning at Royal Mail MarketReach from November 2016 to December 2020, where responsibility included the overall revenue and profit of Royal Mail Letters, along with leading the Marketing, Strategy, and Research functions. Ian's earlier experience includes serving as Managing Director - Media at RAPP from November 2002 to February 2016, overseeing all aspects of the Media Business, and Managing Director - Media at Proximity London from 1995 to 2002, where responsibilities included media P&L and client leadership. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Managerial Economics from London Metropolitan University and furthered education at Babson College from 2007 to 2009.
