Rachel Gill serves as a Senior People Business Partner at What's Possible Group since April 2023. Rachel is also affiliated with Connections (UK, Eire) and Connections (US, Canada) as part of the What's Possible Group since June 2020 and January 2020, respectively. In addition, Rachel has been with The Specialist Works since May 2009, holding various roles including People Manager, People Business Partner, HR Coordinator, HR & Training Assistant, and Accounts Payable Administrator.
