Andrew Rocha

Andrew Rocha serves as the General Manager of WHC Worldwide since August 2021, overseeing a growing taxi fleet of over 50 vehicles and promoting innovative technology within the industry. Prior to this role, Andrew Rocha has held several positions at the Greater San Antonio Transportation Company, including Communications Manager for Texas Taxi, Communications Manager, and Assistant Communications Manager since June 2008. Additionally, roles as Communications Manager at the Greater Austin Transportation Company have been undertaken since November 2012. Andrew Rocha holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix and graduated from East Kentwood High School between 2000 and 2004.
