The Washington Health Care Association (WHCA) is a statewide nonprofit trade association representing licensed assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, enhanced services facilities, and related business professionals in Washington state. WHCA was established to elevate the standards, delivery of services, and health care to seniors and vulnerable adults residing in long term care facilities throughout Washington.
