Michael Armstrong

Michael Armstrong serves as the Head of Resource, Performance and Improvement at Wheatley Group since April 2023, having previously held the role of Head of Resource and Planning. Prior to this, Michael was at Ascensos from December 2014 to April 2023 as the Head of Business Intelligence and Resource Planning Manager, contributing to customer care outsourcing solutions. Earlier experience includes a position at Teleperformance from August 2012 to September 2014 as Implementation & Migration Manager, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing, designing, and implementing new business lines, alongside stakeholder management and process improvement initiatives in the banking sector.
