Tamara Howarth

Vice President, Legal at Wheaton Precious Metals

Tamara Howarth has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Tamara began their career as a Summer Student, Articling Student, and Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in 1995. Tamara then joined Irwin, White & Jennings in 2001, where they worked as an Associate and later became a Senior Member. During their time there, they specialized in assisting businesses with legal and regulatory matters, including corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and securities registration. In 2013, Tamara joined Wheaton Precious Metals as a Senior Legal Counsel, and they currently serve as the Vice President, Legal. Overall, Tamara has a strong background in corporate and commercial law, with expertise in various areas of the legal field.

Tamara Howarth attended Queen's University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Political Studies. Following this, they pursued further education at the same institution from 1994 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Laws degree.
