Terrance Campbell

Terrance Campbell is an experienced recruitment and admissions professional with a strong background in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of Admissions at Wheaton College since February 2019, Campbell previously held the position of Director of Recruitment for the Academy for Urban School Leadership, leading recruitment efforts for the Chicago Teacher Residency program. Additional experience includes roles as a Recruiting Consultant at CNA Insurance, where processes for specialized roles were established, and as a Recruiting Specialist at Nationwide Insurance, overseeing HR recruitment across the Midwest. Earlier positions also include Area Human Resources Specialist at Chicago Public Schools and Multicultural Liaison Officer at Iowa State University, where strategic initiatives for diversity and student retention were developed. Campbell holds both a Bachelor and Master of Public Administration from Iowa State University and a Master of Public Administration from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, along with a high school diploma with an agriculture endorsement.
