Hailee Holter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in client service, management, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a DI Benefits Claims Analyst at Northwestern Mutual since June 2019, Hailee analyzes medical and financial information to determine disability benefits and enhance client experiences. As an Associate Administrator at Sylvan Crossings Assisted Living and Memory Care, responsible for the development and management of an assisted living facility, Hailee ensures compliance with regulations.
