Robert Weller

Robert Weller is an experienced professional in human resources and law enforcement, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Wheeler Mission Ministries since December 2013. Prior to this role, Robert held various positions including Human Resources Coordinator at Grede - New Castle and Director of Human Resources for the City of Muncie, Indiana. Additionally, Robert contributed to academia as an instructor at Ivy Tech Community College, teaching Criminal Justice, and was the Director of Business Continuity at Ball State University. Robert's extensive background in law enforcement includes serving as Deputy Chief of Police at the Muncie Police Department. Robert holds a Master of Science in Management and Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Ball State University.
