Kerry Campbell, CFA®, NACD.DC, serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Cedar Realty Trust, Inc. since August 2022, and holds various leadership roles at Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, including Board Director and Audit Committee Chairman since December 2019. As Principal at Kerry Campbell LLC since February 2014, Campbell specializes in financial litigation and investment management consulting. Additionally, Campbell has been a FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator since December 2015 and previously held key positions in portfolio management at Arden Asset Management LLC, Guggenheim Partners, and Bear Stearns & Co. Education includes an MBA in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Finance, Summa Cum Laude, from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
