Residing in South Carolina since 2003, Toni comes to WHLR with over 33 years of commercial development/property management experience. In 2022, Toni was promoted to Construction Manager where she now oversees the construction efforts of every asset in our portfolio while still finding time for her favorite hobby, painting.
